The world is a wide and wonderful place. There are many famous travel destinations to go to , and sights to see. Moreover, thanks to social media, we get to browse through destinations just like we’re shopping. Although, also thanks to social media – some places become “trendy” and “overrated”.

We’d like to make the case for these so-called places – whether they are popular due to a larger than life tourism department budget and excessive promotion. Whether their popularity rests on the laurels of how good they look on Instagram – there are reasons they are worth the trip. Tourist traps can be beautiful – but maybe don’t go during peak season.

But Paris is beautiful and utterly romantic if you let it take you. It is larger than the parks around the Eiffel. The key to Paris is taking the paths less taken and living like a Parisian native- baguette under your arm and all.
